Vula Capability Systems Ltd combines two distinct expertises that rarely sit in the same room: senior privacy domain authority, and a scientifically grounded instructional methodology drawn from adult learning theory and cognitive science.
The founding team includes a former EMEA Privacy Director of a global multinational, now Group DPO for a number of multinationals and IAPP Board Member, working alongside two specialists in instructional design and organisational learning — one with doctoral research in cognitive architecture and learning science, the other with extensive corporate training-design experience across multinational clients.
VulaCap's methodology, certification marks, and intellectual property are wholly owned and centrally controlled. The company's purpose is straightforward: close the gap between what privacy practitioners know and what they reliably do.
